02 / ROUTE

How a submission moves

Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) process the submission in the AWS eu-central-1 Region. SES sends the submitted data by e-mail to info@just-one-yes.com. SES and the recipient mailboxes process and retain that data.

03 / SHIELD

Security processing

AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) transiently processes the source IP address for security and rate limiting. WAF logging is disabled.

04 / TRACE

Operational logs

Operational logs may retain the following data for 30 days:

• Request ID
• Route/method
• Status
• Latency
• SES message ID

Form values, headers, user agent, and source IP address are not included in those logs.

05 / SIGNAL

Site analytics

On the production site, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views, referrers, browser and device categories, country, and page performance, including Core Web Vitals. Its beacon sends measurements to cloudflareinsights.com/cdn-cgi/rum.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting and does not track individual visitors across customers’ sites. Dashboard access covers six months. Cloudflare retains unsampled beacon data for seven days, then aggregates it and retains a sampled dataset.
